It's true. Feudum's acclaimed solo variant, The Queen's Army has sold out (several times, actually), so you are among the lucky few who have it. However, newcomers are in luck because rumor has it that the solo variant will be an "early stretch goal" in the May 14th Feudum Septennial Edition launch on Gamefound.

Hey all you solo backers....
I thought I'd pop back here five years later to tell you about a NEW solo expansion I invented for my newest game, FLED—live on Kickstarter right now! The truth is, if it weren't for several persistent backers from the Queen's Army campaign, my eyes would NOT have been open to the importance of solo play. : )
Anyway, my new game is based on a historic British fort turned island prison off the south coast of Ireland, called Spike Island! You play the role of a prisoner trying to sneak through corridors, sidestep warders and secure the items you need to escape!
Even better for YOU, the solo variant pits you against the clock and "The Specter," a scary ghost that creepily roams the prison.
In the expansion, you add a "ghost corridor tile" to the draw pile. When the tile emerges, the ghost is placed on the tile. For the remainder of the game, whenever a warder is moved, the ghost is moved one space closer to your prisoner meeple. What's worse, is that unlike warders, ghosts are not restricted in movement.... they can go right through walls! This does not bode well for you, for if the ghost reaches your tile, you will lose the solo game instantly.
Anyway, because you're a fan of Feudum, I'm pretty sure you'll see my design style in FLED as well as FLED: The Specter, and really enjoy the game!

Cardboard Reality Podcast Awards Feudum with "Seal of Recommendation"
The fine blokes from Cardboard Reality discuss the ins and outs of Feudum for almost two hours in Review Episode 11 - Feudum. It is six months old, so I'm not sure how I missed it! Just last week; however, they aired Episode 46 - It's Been Real 2018, where host Nick Northcutt chooses Feudum as his pick for "Best Overall Game 2018"!!!
